Beef Queso Dip is made with ground beef, refried beans, salsa, and cheese. Load your favorite tortilla chip up with this dip recipe and enjoy.

This dip is the perfect appetizer recipe to make for that next big game or any type of party you may have.

In just 20 minutes you can have a great dip recipe to take to any party you might be going to.

Beef Queso Dip Recipe

I love quick and easy recipes and this Beef Queso Dip is just that. I don't make it very often but when I do it doesn't last very long. My family really enjoys it while watching the big game.

It doesn't take many ingredients to make this recipe; ground beef, refried beans, salsa, and cheez whiz is all you need.

You start by browning the ground beef in a frying pan. When the ground beef is cooked all the way make sure to drain any grease from the meat. I like to keep a soup can under the sink just for draining fat into.

With the ground beef cooked I put it back on the stove and turn the burner to medium heat. The heat will help to make mixing all the ingredients together easier.

Go ahead and add your refried beans to the ground beef, mix the beans in well. Now that you have the refried beans in you can add the salsa, mix until completely mixed together.

The next step is to mix in the cheez whiz. I prefer Cheez Whiz but you could use Velveeta if you like. I have never used it so the taste might be different.

Quick And Easy Dip To Make

Once you have all the ingredients mixed together it's time to enjoy the Beef Queso Dip. If I'm making this recipe for at home I will place it in a glass baking dish.

Just in case there is any leftover and my family wants to reheat it. But if I'm taking it to a party I will place it in my crockpot and set it to low.

This Beef Queso Dip is best served with tortilla chips and a cold cocktail like our Classic Margarita.

I hope you enjoy this Beef Queso Dip Recipe
