Best Deviled Eggs
Deviled eggs make me think of Thanksgiving or even Easter dinner. I can hear one of the kids saying these are the best deviled eggs. Yes, my kids might be biased but I would agree with them. These are the best!!
Since I use both Mayonnaise and Miracle Whip the eggs have a nice creaminess to them. A little mustard and sugar help to cut any bitterness there might be from the miracle whip.

Steps To Making Amazing Deviled Eggs
Once the eggs are hard-boiled, thanks to my IP, I cut them in half then lengthwise. As I clean out the yolk I place them in a medium-sized bowl. The egg whites I place on a platter.
Once all the eggs are cut and cleaned out it's time to mash the yolks. I like to use a potato masher for this part. Once I have them mashed most of the way I add the mayo, miracle whip, mustard, and sugar.
I have found using my hand mixer helps get the yolk mixture really smooth. This helps to combine all the ingredients as well. The longer you mix with the hand mixture the more the yolks will break down and become smooth.
Now that the yolk mixture is smooth I add minced onion, black pepper, and salt. Be sure to do a little taste test to see if it's to your liking.
Sometimes I add a little more sugar to cut the bitterness from the Miracle Whip or I like to add more pepper and salt.
Filling the eggs
Now you can get fancy when filling the eggs by putting the yolk mixture into a piping bag with a fancy cake decorating tip.
Or you can just spoon that delicious goodness into the egg white.
These deviled eggs are perfect for Thanksgiving or Easter dinner, or for any time you feel like having deviled eggs.
