Simple Ingredients And Tools Needed For Homemade Coffee Creamer
Here are the ingredients needed to make a healthy coffee creamer at home. Sweetened condensed milk will bring in a milky sweetness that isn't overly sweet. Depending on the sweetness level you are looking for, you could add more or less in.
An alternative to the sweetened milk would be to make your own with heavy cream and a bit of sugar. Or replace the sweetened milk with evaporated milk, then sweeten it with brown sugar or a natural sweetener like maple syrup.
Half and half brings in the right amount of creaminess to this homemade coffee creamer. You could also easily make your own half and half, with equal parts of milk and heavy cream. Unsweetened almond milk, or even skim milk will also work with this recipe. Sometimes when I don't have enough of the half and half I will add in some whole milk.
Pure Vanilla Extract makes this a nice vanilla-flavored coffee creamer but is optional. It can easily be left out or replaced with almond extract. Try adding in a whole vanilla bean into the jar or mixing a bit of hazelnut extract to make a homemade French vanilla creamer.
The only tools needed to make this easy coffee creamer is a mason jar, a lid, and a rubber spatula. Since there are minimal tools required to make this coffee creamer I have found it very easy to whip up a jar first thing in the morning.

I made this recipe and it taste amazing! I love pumpkin pie spiced coffee so I added the spices for it as stated in your alternatives. The flavor is really good but the spices float to the top, which isn’t a huge turn off, but I think next time I will add the spices to my coffee grounds to get the flavor that way! Thank you for sharing all your awesome recipes and tips, I really enjoy them!
