How To Make Beef Tips An Instant Pot
Start by getting your Instant Pot out, add 2 cups of water into the inner cooking pot. One of my favorite cooking products right now is Better Than Bouillion, there are so many flavors to choose from.
For this recipe, I used the roasted beef flavor.
Mixing the bouillon and Worcestershire sauce into the water. I then add a packet of savory pot roast seasoning and cornstarch, making sure to mix this well so there are no clumps.
After seasoning the stew meat with black pepper and salt add it into the inner cooking pot.
For added flavor, I like to add minced garlic and sliced onion and mushrooms. These are optional, however, I find these ingredients add to the flavor of the beef tips.
Place the lid onto your Instant Pot, using the pressure cooker button and making sure it's set to high pressure. Set for 20 minutes of cook time.

Cut recipe in half since there is just two of us. Only other difference was I browned meat first for the extra flavor. This dish was Excellent. Will be making it again. BTW: it's amazing how tender the meat gets in only 20 minuets in the pressure cooker.
