Tater Tot Casserole With Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Ground Beef
  • ½ Onion finely diced
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasonng Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup 10.75 ounce cans
  • 1 Can Corn drain the juice from the corn
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 16 Ounce Frozen Tater Tots
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt optional to sprinkle on top of tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350℉. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray, set aside.

  2. In a frying pan add the ground beef and onion. Season the ground beef with black pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic powder once the meat starts to brown. When the ground beef is fully cooked drain the grease from the meat.

  3. In a large mixing bowl add the ground beef, canned corn that has been drained of its juices, and the cream of mushroom soup. Combine the ingrdients together.

  4. In the 9x13 prepared baking dish spread the ground beef mixture out evenly. Sprinkle the mixture with the cheddar cheese.

  5. Place the frozen tater tots on top of the ground beef mixture in rows. Place into the 350℉ and bake for 40 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
