  • 1/2 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Pound Ground Pork
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs Broken up
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes You can always use fresh
  • 1/2 Med. Size Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 350- Degrees,  

    Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, 

    Mix all ingredients until combined, 

    Form the meatballs to preferred size.

    Place in a prepared baking pan,  

    Once all meatballs are formed cover the pan with foil,  

    Place in oven for 1 hour
