Strawberry Cookies With Cake Mix
Strawberry Cookies With Cake Mix are soft chewy pink cookies that are packed with white chocolate chips. Make these sweet delights for Valentine's Day, a baby shower, or any occasion where you want pink strawberry cookies.
Ingredients
- 15.25 Ounce Strawberry Cake Mix
- ⅓ Cup Vegetable Oil canola oil will work
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 ½ Cup White Chocolate Chips ½ cup for after baking
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 ℉

Into a large bowl or bowl of a stand mixer add the cake mix, oil, and eggs. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.

With a rubber spatula mix in by hand the 1 cup of white chocolate chips.

Scoop cookie dough out onto prepared baking sheets using a 1-inch cookie scoop.

Bake in the preheated 350 ℉ oven for 10-12 minutes. Or until slightly brown to the pink of the cookies and the inside looks a bit gooey.

Place on a cooling rack and add more white chocolate chips onto the cookies. This step is optional.
