Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 2 Packages Graham Crackers
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Walnut
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Melted

Cheese Filling

  • 3 packages Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoon Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/4 Cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375-Degree oven. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray 

  2. Chop graham crackers up in food processor until fine crumbs

To the graham cracker crumbs add cinnamon and walnut. Pulse food processor until walnuts are crumbs

  1. Next, add melted butter to the food processor pulse until combined. 

  2. When everything is combined press the crust into a 9×13 baking pan, then set this aside.

Cheese filling

  1. Using a mixer place the three packages of softened cream cheese into the bowl and started the mixer on low.

  2. Slowly add 1 cup of Sugar to cream cheese.  

  3. Once the cream cheese and sugar were combined add vanilla extract, flour, eggs, and egg yolk 

  4. With these ingredients combined slowly add the milk. 

  5. Continuing to mix on low speed until the cream cheese mixture is smooth looking. 

  6. Add the cheesecake filling into the crust, place the cheesecake in a 375-degree oven for 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
