For the Crust

  • 1 3/4 Cups Graham Crackers 1 sleeve
  • 1/2 CUP Butter Melted

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 2 Packages Cream Cheese-Softened 8 ounces each
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Yolk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Can Cherry Pie Filling


For the Crust

  1. Place graham crackers into a ziplock bag, using a meat mallet pound the crackers into crumbs.

  2. Add the graham cracker crumbs and butter into a small bowl mixing until all the crumbs are moistened.

  3. Press moistened crackers into a 9-inch springform pan. Place springform pan on a cookie sheet and set aside

Cream Cheese Filling

  1. In a mixer bowl add the two packages of softened cream cheese and sugar. Mixing until sugar is all incorporated into cream cheese.

  2. Slowly add the flour to the cream cheese

  3. In a bowl or cup add together the eggs, yolk, and vanilla extract.

    Then slowly add these to the cream cheese mixture

  4. Add Milk

  5. Turn mixer up to medium and beat until mixture is smooth. 

  6. Pour cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust

  7. Cover the springform pan with foil and place into a 400℉ oven

  8. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  9. Let cheesecake cool then add cherry pie filling on top.
