  • 1 Pound Ground Pork
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 Can French Onion Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 Cup Half and Half
  • 1 Teaspoon Brown Gravy Seasoning

  1. In a large bowl add the ground pork and ground beef

  2. To the ground meat add bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, Worcestershire Sauce, Seasoning Salt, and Black Pepper. Mix all these ingredients together.

  3. Once all the ingredients are all mixed together start forming 1 inch balls. I use my hands for this but you may also use a 1-inch ice cream scoop.

  4. Place the meatballs into a 9x13 baking dish. When all the meat mixture is used, cover the baking dish with foil.

  5. Bake in a 350℉ oven for 1 Hour.

Once the meatballs are done drain the fat from the dish.

  1. In a medium-size bowl add French Onion Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Half and Half, Brown Gravy Seasoning. Whisk all these ingredients together.

  2. Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked meatballs and place back into a 350℉ oven for 15 minutes.

  3. Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles and enjoy!
