Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus With Cheese are tender asparagus wrapped in salty prosciutto with creamy smoked gruyere cheese.

Ingredients

  • 29 Sprigs Asparagus
  • 6 Ounces Prosciutto
  • 4 Ounces Smoked Gruyere Cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Grate the Smoked Gruyere Cheese with the cheese grater, set aside

  2. Place a slice of the prosciutto on the counter, add the cheese, and 2 to three sprigs of asparagus. Roll the prosciutto up around the asparagus and cheese.

  3. Preheat grill to 400℉ and place the asparagus bundles on the grill.

  4. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve and enjoy.
