French Toast With Cinnamon

A classic French Toast Recipe that has been soaked in an egg, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon mixture. Then pan-fried to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 LArge Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • 8 Slices Texas Toast Bread

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a pie dish or a large enough bowl for the bread to go in. Beat the eggs in a pie dish until the yolks are smooth.

  2. Add the cinnamon, vanilla extra, and milk to the egg mixture. Mix all the ingredients together.

  3. Place a piece of the Texas Toast into the batter and let it soak up the custard. Making sure to coat both sides of the bread with the custard.

  4. Place the custard soaked bread onto a hot griddle pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. You can use whatever type of fry pan you have.

  5. Cook on medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes, flip the bread with the spatula. Cook the other side for 3-4 minutes. The French toast will have a golden color to it.
