Beef Ramen Noodles

Great recipe for beef ramen noodles that requires little prep work and is quick to make. Tender flank steak coated in a beef sauce with ramen noodles and vegetables makes for a great dinner recipe.

For The Meat

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Pounds Flank Steak Cut into strips
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Noodles And Sauce

  • Cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 6 (2 packages) Ounces Ramen Noodles beef flavor
  • 2 Cups Frozen Vegetables winter blend of broccoli and cauliflower
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Ginger


For The Meat

  1. Cut the flank steak into strips, the thinner the slice the quicker the meat cooks.

  2. Pour the olive oil into a skillet. Heat the skillet and oil up on medium-low heat.

  3. Add into the heated skillet the flank steak. Season the meat with pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic powder. Cook until the meat no longer has any pink.

Noodles and Sauce

  1. Measure the water into a measuring cup, add the Worcestershire sauce and the seasoning packets from the beef flavored ramen noodle packages. Stir until the seasoning packets are all dissolved into the water.

  2. Into the skillet with the meat add the frozen vegetables, the ramen noodles, water mixture, and ground ginger.

  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-6 minutes or until noodles and vegetables are tender.

Recipe Notes
