Spray the inner crock with cooking spray.
Peel the potatoes and slice to about ⅛ inch of thickness. Place the potatoes into the inner crock.

In a mixing bowl mix together the cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour the soup mixture into the inner crock. Mix all the ingredients together.
