Au Gratin Potatoes And Ham Recipe Made In Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ Pounds Russet Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • Pounds Ham Cubed
  • 10½ Ounces Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • ¾ Cup Milk I used skim milk
  • ½ Cup Onion sliced thinly
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic minced
  • Cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
  • Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese fresh and shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the inner crock with cooking spray.

  2. Peel the potatoes and slice to about ⅛ inch of thickness. Place the potatoes into the inner crock.

  3. Cut the ham into ½ inch cubes, place into the inner crock with potatoes. Add in the sliced onions and minced garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper

  4. In a mixing bowl mix together the cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour the soup mixture into the inner crock. Mix all the ingredients together.

  5. Add in the Monterey Jack, Sharp Cheddar, and Parmesan cheese into the inner crock. Mix all the ingredients together until all are combined.

  6. Place lid on Crock-Pot turn on low for 5-6 hours.

  7. Let au gratin potatoes sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
