These sweet brown butter blondie bars are loaded with Valentine's Day M&M"s.
Preheat oven to 350℉, spray the 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray, set aside.
Melt the butter and let cool
In mixing bowl, or stand mixer bowl. Cream together the brown sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
In another mixing bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until all are combined.
Using a rubber spatula into the batter fold in ½ cup of the chocolate chips and ¾ cups of the M&M's. Reserve the remaining to sprinkle on top.
Spread the batter into the prepared 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and M&M's onto the top of the batter.
Place 9x13 baking dish into the preheated oven. I recommend having the oven rack in the middle of the oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges of the bars are browned. The bars will continue to bake while cooling giving you the perfect bars. Once colled cut and serve.
