  • 2 Cups Strawberry Cut
  • 1 Package Strawberry Jello Smaller package
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cold Water


  1. Cut the tops of the strawberries off,  wash and slice. Place berries into a bowl set them aside.

  2. In a medium-size saucepan,  combined 1 small package of strawberry jello, 1 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup cornstarch. 

  3.  Next, add lemon juice and cold water to the jello mixture. This will need to come to a boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes; stirring the whole time. 

  4.  Once jello mixture has boiled for 5 minutes gently fold in the strawberries.

  5. Pour the mixture onto the cheesecake. Placing the strawberry cheesecake into the refrigerator to set up. 

  6.  After the jello has set up, add whipped topping to the top of the strawberry jello.
