Doritos Taco Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 Package Taco Seasoning
  • 2 Cups Miracle Whip
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar

Salad

  • 1 ½ Pounds Ground Beef Browned
  • ½ Head Lettuce chopped
  • 1 Large tomato diced
  • ½ Medium Size Onion chopped
  • 8 oz Taco Shredded Cheese
  • 9 0z bag Doritos crushed

Instructions

Dressing

  1. Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside until needed

Salad

  1. Brown the ground beef until done, drain the fat drippings from the meat.

  2. Add ground beef to a large mixing bowl

  3. Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese to the ground beef. Mixing everything together. 

  4. To the salad mixture add the dressing, making sure to coat everything with the dressing. 

  5. open the bag a Doritos and crush them some

  6. Add Doritos to the rest of the salad mixture, mixing well. 

Recipe Notes

Add the Doritos right before serving so they don't become soggy from the dressing.
