Greek Cucumber Salad

Tangy Greek Cucumber Salad with feta cheese, red onion, fresh parsley, tomato, and cucumbers. All tossed in a Greek Salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Cucumbers
  • ½ Cup Red Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
  • 2 Large Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup Feta Cheese crumbles
  • ½ Cup Greek Salad Dressing

Instructions

  1. Peel both of the cucumbers. Cut them up into bite-sized pieces. Add to a large bowl.

  2. Dice the red onion into small chunks. Add to the bowl with the cucumbers.

  3. Mince the fresh parsley and add to the bowl.

  4. Cut the tomatoes up into bite-sized chunks and add to the bowl with the other ingredients.

  5. Add the Feta cheese crumbles into the bowl with all the ingredients.

  6. Drizzle the Greek Salad dressing over all the ingredients and toss to coat and combine everything together.

  7. This dish is best served cold.
