  • Chicken Bones I used the bone of a whole roasted chicken
  • 10 Cups Water Don't fill past fill line in the inner pot
  • 2 Whole Carrots
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

  1. In the inner pot of your Instant Pot add the bone of a chicken. I recommend using as many bones as you can.

  2. Clean the celery stalks then cut the ends off to the celery and the carrots. Add then into the inner pot.

  3. Rough chop the fresh parsley and onion then add that into the inner pot.

  4. Add the apple cider vinegar and water.

  5. Put the lid on your Instant Pot and set the manual timer for 1:20 minutes.

  6. After cooking time is done do a natural release of 10 minutes.
