Quick and easy Instant pot recipe for beginners that uses kielbasa, sauerkraut, and potatoes. Great family dinner idea for busy weeknights.
Add the chicken broth into the inner pot of your Instant Pot.
Clean and chunk potatoes. (remove skin if you like) add to the inner pot.
Drain as much or as little juice from the sauerkraut that you would like. Add the sauerkraut on top of the potatoes.
Sprinkle the seasonings (pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and parsley flakes) on top of sauerkraut. Stir these ingredients together.
Dice or slice the onion however you like and then add on top of the sauerkraut.
Cut the kielbasa into desired chunks and place into the inner pot.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, making sure the release valve is closed.
Press the Pressure Cooker Button set manually on high for 12 minutes.
Once the timer goes off turn the release valve to venting.
Once all steam is released, Enjoy.
