This famous bowl is loaded with mashed potatoes, corn, breaded chicken tenders, and covered in gravy. This simple dinner idea can be done within 30 minutes and is budget friendly.
Preheat oven according to chicken tenderloin package.
Peel and cut the potatoes into smaller chunks. Placing into a saucepan and cook until potatoes are fork-tender.
Mash the potatoes with a masher or hand mixer. Mix in the butter and milk to make creamy potatoes.
Place frozen breaded chicken tenderloins into the preheated oven and bake them according to the package. The ones I used took about 25 minutes to bake.
I like to do this right before I put the potatoes on to cook.
Place corn into a bowl and heat up in the microwave or place it into a saucepan and heat up on the stove.
Pour the jarred gravy into a bowl and heat up in the microwave or place it into a saucepan and heat up on the stove.
In serving bowls or plates add a serving of mashed potatoes.
Top the potatoes with corn
Cut the chicken tenders into bite-size pieces and place them on top of the corn.
Cover the ingredients in the bowl with gravy.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese if you like.
Serve and enjoy.
