Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cups Flour~ all purpose
  • ½ Cup Baking Cooca
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 ½ Cups Semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉

  2. In large bowl add vegetable oil, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, flour, baking cocoa, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer until all combined.

  4. Fold in 2 cups of the chocoalte chips.

  5. In prepared muffin tin fill the muffin cups ¾ of the way full. I used cupcake liners for my muffin cups but you can spray the muffin cups with cooking spray.

  6. With the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips sprinkle tops of muffins with chocolate chips.

  7. Place into the preheated 375℉ oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or until muffins are done. Or insert a toothpick into the center, if it comes out with a few slightly fudgy crumbs then they are done.

  8. Enjoy!
