Chicken Salad Sandwich makes a great summertime lunch or even dinner idea. Made with only a few ingredients makes this a quick and easy recipe.
Cut pre-cooked chicken into chunks add into a large bowl.
Chop celery and onion into smaller bite-sized pieces, add into the bowl with chicken.
In a smaller bowl add the Miracle Whip, Mayo, Sugar, Yellow Mustard, Celery Seed, Salt, and black pepper. Mix ingredients together until sugar dissolves.
Add the dressing into the larger bowl with the other ingredients. Mix all ingredients together until combined.
Serve on your favorite bread or a croissant.
