
Get ready to indulge in a delightful treat with these easy to make 4-ingredient peanut butter cookies.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with either parchment paper or silicone liner, set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine the creamy peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mixing with an electric mixer until a smooth cookie dough forms.
Using a small cookie scoop or scooping out about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough. Form a ball by rolling the dough in between your hands.
Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, placing them about 2 inches apart from each other.
Use a fork and gently press down on each dough ball, creating a crisscross pattern on the top.
Place baking sheet pan into the preheated oven and bake cookies for 10-12 minutes. Being careful to not overbake the cookies.
Once the cookies are fully baked remove them from the oven and allow to cool on the sheet pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire cooling rack.
Enjoy slightly warm with a glass of milk. Or store in ana airtight container once completely cooled for up to 4 days.
