Chipotle Mayo Sauce

If you are looking for a creamy and smokey condiment that combines the richness of mayonnaise with the bold flavor of chipotle peppers. Then this chipotle mayo sauce is what you need!!

Ingredients

  • 7 Ounces Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce See notes
  • 1 Medium Lime juiced
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ Teaspon Salt
  • 2 Cups Mayo
  • 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Into a blender add the juice from the lime, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, chipotle sauce from the can, and 1 of the chipotle peppers. Blend until smooth.

  2. Into a medium bowl add in the mayo and Greek yogurt mix together until blended.

  3. Into the mayo mixture add the blended chipotle sauce, mix until these ingredients are combined.

  4. Serve with French fries, burgers, chicken sandwiches, or veggies.

Recipe Notes

For the peppers, I like to use all the sauce and 1 of the peppers. You can use more if you like it spicer.
