Hershey pie is a creamy rich chocolate pie recipe that has a decadent filling that is nestled into a crunchy chocolate crust.
Into a medium mixing bowl beat the room temperature cream cheese until lite and fluffy.
Mix into the cream cheese the marshmallow fluff together and the powdered sugar until light and creamy.
Spread this mixture into the bottom of the6 ounce chocolate pie crust.
In a medium mixing bowl add the broken pieces of Hershey's bars. Microwave in 3-second intervals until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.
Into the melted chocolate add in half of the cool whip. Spread the chocolate cool whip mixture over the cream cheese layer in the pie crust.
Place the pie into refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or until pie is set.
Add dollops or cover the top of the pie with the remaining cool whip to the top of the chilled pie. Garnish with more pieces of Hershey bar pieces. Serve with a drizzling of hot fudge and ice cream. Enjoy.
