
Soft Chewy Chocolate cookies with Reese Peanut Butter Chips
Preheat oven to 375℉
In a double boiler melt chocolate chip
In a mixing Bowl add room temperature butter, brown sugar and sugar. Mix with mixer until sugar is combined into the butter.
Once the Sugars are combined into the butter add the melted chocolate
When the melted chocolate is incorporated into the butter mixture add the vanilla extract and eggs. Mixing until eggs are completely mixed in.
In a separate bowl sift flour, Baking Soda, and salt.
Slowly add the flour mixture into the chocolate batter until all the flour is added.
With a rubber spatula add peanut butter chips
Scoop cookie dough out onto a prepared cookie sheet.
Bake in a 375℉ oven for 17-19 minutes or until done
I use my ice cream scoop when I make cookies, this makes each scoop of cookie dough 2 tablespoons. If you don't use an ice cream scoop baking time may vary.
