
This delicious amazing moist cinnamon apple bread has fresh apple chunks and swirls of a cinnamon sugar mixture.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, prepare loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl mix together brown sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
Combine the white sugar and butter until smooth with either a shand mixer or a stand mixer.
Add in eggs and vanilla extract, mix until the eggs are completely combined.
Add in the flour and baking powder until combined.
Slowly add in the milk mixing until combined.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Add half of the chopped apples on top of the batter, pushing the apples down into the batter some.
Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar on top of the apples.
Pour the remaining batter on top of the cinnamon sugar.
Top with the remaining apples pushing the apples down into the batter some.
Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top of the apples.
Bake in the preheated 350 degree oven for 60-70 minutes or until done. Insert a toothpick into the middle of the bread if it comes out clean then it's done.
Allow to cool in the loaf pan for about 10 minutes then remove and place on a cooling rack.
