
Create a delicious dessert with this easy 2 ingredient lemon bars recipe. This quick and simple recipe combines lemon pie filling with an angle food cake mix.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, prepare a 9x13 baking pan by spraying the baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Into a large mixing bowl add in the angel food cake mix and lemon pie filling. Using a rubber spatula mix these two ingredients together, careful to not overmix.
Pour the lemon bar batter into the prepared baking pan. Spread the batter out evenly in the baking dish.
Place into the preheat 350℉ on a middle rack. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top of the bars start to brown.
Remove from oven and place on wire cooling rack until completely cooled.
Dust with powdered sugar, (optional) cut into 12 squares, and enjoy.
