
Turn a French Baguette into a delicious garlic cheese toast in no time.
Place all ingredients as listed in the bread maker.
Set the bread maker for French/Italian. Set your bread size for a 2-pound loaf.
Press start to mix and knead the dough. Remove before the bread maker starts to bake.
On a floured surface roll dough out with a rolling pin into a rectangle shape.
Gently roll the dough up into a log form starting at one of the longer rectangle sides.
Pinch the end of the dough into the loaf. Place seam side down onto a prepared cookie sheet
Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake in a 400℉ oven for 20 minutes or until done.
Slice your French Loaf into 1-inch slices using a bread knife
Place slices on a cookie sheet
Spread butter on each slice of bread
Sprinkle a little bit of garlic powder on each slice of bread
Add as much mozzarella cheese on each slice as you like
Place into a preheated 350℉ oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
