Homemade 3 Ingredient Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Self Rising Flour
  • 12 Tablespoons Cold Unsalted Butter cut into 1 tablespoon chunks
  • Cup Buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425℉ Coat a baking dish with butter and set aside.

  2. Into a food processor add 10 tablespoons of the cold butter along with the flour. Pulse until it's in small crumbles.

  3. Slowly add in the buttermilk until all the milk is added and a dough forms.

  4. Using a tablespoon scoop out the dough and place into prepared baking dish.

  5. Cut the remaining cold butter into smaller chunks and place in between the biscuits.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits are golden brown.
