Ingredients

  • 1 Ounce German Baking Chocolate
  • 1 Ounce Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
  • ½ Cup Butter 1 stick
  • 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 12 Ounces Evaporated Milk
  • 1 ¼ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Melt Chocolate and Butter in a saucepan over low heat

  2. Stir in powdered sugar, alternate with evaporated milk, blending well.

  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly

  4. Cook and stir until sauce become thick and creamy about 8-10 minutes.

  5. Stir in vanilla, serve over brownies and ice cream
