Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Itailian Bread -cubed two day old makes the best croutons
  • Cup Olive Oil
  • ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspooon Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉, prepare a baking sheet pan with either foil of a silicone liner set aside.

  2. Cut the loaf of bread into ¾ inch cubes and place into a large bowl.

  3. Drizzle the bread cubes with the olive oil and season with the seasoning.

  4. Using a large spoon or hands mix the ingredients together until the bread looks like it's nicely coated with the olive oil and seasonings.

  5. Spread the seasoned bread cubes out onto a prepared baking sheet pan. Making sure to have an even layer of the bread cubes.

  6. Place baking sheet pan into the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. At the half way mark flip the bread cubes over so they can be browned on both sides.

  7. The cooking time will depend on the thickness of the bread cubes.
