Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic finely mince
  • 1 Tablespoons Dried Basil
  • ½ Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ½ Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt I used pink Himalayan salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan heat the olive oil and minced garlic on low heat until the garlic becomes fragrant.

  2. In a small bowl combine together the basil, thyme, oregano, salt, and rosemary.

  3. Pour the warm garlic infused olive oil into the seasoning blend. Add in the balsamic vinegar and serve with your favorite crusty type bread.
