Ingredients

  • 1 Package Bacon About 12 slices in a package
  • cooking spray optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉

  2. If you are using a cooling rack go ahead and place that on your cookie sheet. If you don't have a cooling rack that will fit your cookie sheet then line the cookie sheet with foil. Cooking spray may also be used to spray the cookie sheet.

  3. Place the bacon on the cooling rack or foil. Try not to let the bacon overlap each other. If you can't get all the bacon on one cookie sheet then go ahead and use another one.

  4. Place the bacon lined cookie sheet pans into the preheated 400℉ oven for 15-20 minutes. Or until desired crispiness is achieved.

  5. Place on a plate that is lined with paper towel to absorb the grease. Serve and enjoy.
