Great recipe for beef ramen noodles that requires little prep work and is quick to make. Tender flank steak coated in a beef sauce with ramen noodles and vegetables makes for a great dinner recipe.
Cut the flank steak into strips, the thinner the slice the quicker the meat cooks.
Pour the olive oil into a skillet. Heat the skillet and oil up on medium-low heat.
Add into the heated skillet the flank steak. Season the meat with pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic powder. Cook until the meat no longer has any pink.
Measure the water into a measuring cup, add the Worcestershire sauce and the seasoning packets from the beef flavored ramen noodle packages. Stir until the seasoning packets are all dissolved into the water.
Into the skillet with the meat add the frozen vegetables, the ramen noodles, water mixture, and ground ginger.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-6 minutes or until noodles and vegetables are tender.
Beef broth can be a substitution for the water.
