Slow cooker Sausage and Potatoes is a simple casserole recipe that is a cozy comfort food recipe. Making it perfect for a cooler night dinner recipe. Made with kielbasa sausage, fresh potatoes, onions, milk, cream of mushroom soup, and shredded cheese.
Place the peeled and cut 1-inch cubed potatoes into a crockpot dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Slice the pre-cooked kielbasa sausage into smaller pieces and place into the crockpot dish with the potatoes.
Dice the onion and add to the crockpot dish.
Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk into the crockpot dish. Season with salt and pepper and stir all the ingredients together.
Place lid on crockpot and set for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
15 minutes before the cooking time is done sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese onto the other ingredients.
Once cooking time is done stir all the ingredients together and serve.
For the potatoes you can use frozen hash brown potatoes, however, the cooking time may change.
I used 2-13 ounce packages of precooked Kielbasa, you can cut this back to 13 ounces if you like. As well as change the type of sausage you use.
The nutritional value may vary depending on the ingredients used.
