
If you are a fan of Cheesecake Factory stuffed mushroom recipe then you are going to love our copycat version. Tender mushrooms are packed with a robust stuffing mixture and topped with melted cheese.
Preheat oven to 425℉
Wash mushrooms to remove any dirt.
Remove the stems from the mushroom caps. Place the tops of the mushrooms into a shallow baking dish.
Mince the garlic cloves and chop the stems of the mushrooms and green onions.
Into a large skillet add in the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic, mushroom stems, and green onions. Sauté for 3-5 minutes or until soft.
Stir in the Italian seasoning, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Cook for 1-2 minutes to help the cheese to melt.
Using a spoon fill the mushroom tops with the stuffing mixture. Top each stuffed mushroom with mozzarella cheese.
Place into the preheated 425 degree oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Or until mushrooms are tender and the tops of the mushrooms are golden brown.
