The Best Ever Meatloaf

Classic homemade meatloaf recipe with a tomato sauce glaze.

Ingredients

For The Sauce

  • ½ Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

For The Meatloaf

  • 3 ½ Pounds Ground Beef
  • ½ Medium size Onion Finely diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Minced
  • 3 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ Cup Of Prepared Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley finely chopped

Instructions

For The Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 350-Degrees 

  2. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside 

  3. In a small bowl add all ingredients together. Mix until sugar is dissolved

For The Meatloaf

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.  Making sure to mix well

  2. Once all ingredients are combined place the meat mixture into the Prepared 9 x 13 baking dish

  3. Flatten the meatloaf to fill the baking dish

  4. Add the remaining sauce to the top of the meatloaf. Making sure to cover all the meatloaf with the sauce.

  5. Place foil over the top of the baking dish and place into a 350-degree oven

  6. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minute or until center of meatloaf is completely cooked.
