
Baileys Irish cream chocolate chip cookies are a soft baked cookies that had a hint of chocolate flavor from the baking cocoa. The Bailey's Irish cream brings in a milky, chocolate, vanilla flavor with hints of whiskey to these delicious cookies.
Preheat oven to 375℉
In a medium mixing bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, baking cocoa, and salt. set aside.
In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer cream together the room temperature butter, brown sugar, and granulated suagr. Cream until light and fluffly.
Into the sugar mixture add in one egg at a time until combined. Once both eggs are combined add in the vanilla extract and Bailey's Irish Cream. Mix until all the wet ingredients are combined well.
To the wet ingredients slowly add in the dry ingredients until all is added and combined.
Using a rubber spatula or spoon, hand mix in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the cookie dough out using a cookie scoop onto a prepared cookie sheet pan. I like to use silicone liners or parchment paper on my baking sheets. Space the scoops of cookie dough at least 1 ½ inches apart.
Bake in a preheated 375℉ oven for 11-13 minutes. This will depend on your oven, mine takes 13 minutes. You want the edges of the cookies to be a golden brown color.
Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet pan for 5 minutes before placing them on a wire cooling rack to completely cool.
