BBQ Meatballs

Our homemade meatballs are made with ground beef and pork with eggs and bread crumbs holding them together. The sauce that coats these delicious meatballs is made from a combination of grape jelly and bbq sauce mixed together.

Ingredients

For The Meatballs

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Pound Ground Pork
  • ½ Medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsely fresh or dried
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Bread crumbs I used an Italian blend

For The Sauce

  • 18 Ounces BBQ Sauce your favorite brand
  • 18 Ounces Grape Jelly

Instructions

For The Meatballs

  1. Preheat Oven to 400℉

  2. In a large bowl add all the ingredients for the meatballs.

  3. Combine all the meatball ingredients together until everything is incorporated. Form into balls and place in a large baking dish.

For The sauce

  1. In a mixing bowl add the bbq sauce and grape jelly whisk the ingredients together until it's smooth.

  2. Pour the sauce over the meatballs. Place into the preheated 400℉ oven for 1 hour. Or until the center of the meatballs are no longer pink.

Recipe Notes

You can bake the meatballs for 30 minutes without the sauce then add the sauce for the last 30 minutes of baking time.
