This blueberry dump cake is an easy dessert recipe that's made with 3 ingredients. Turn a box cake, blueberry pie filling, and butter into a simple treat.
Preheat the oven to 350℉
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the blueberry pie filling into the baking dish. Spread the pie filling out to cover the bottom of the baking dish.
Pour the cake mix on top of the blueberry pie filling. Spread the unprepared cake mix out as evenly as possible.
In a bowl melt the butter completely.
Pour the melted butter over the top of the cake mix. Move the baking dish around to coat the cake mix with butter. You can use a spoon to help cover the spots of the cake mix that don't have butter.
Place into the preheated 350℉ oven for 50-60 minutes. Or until the top of the cake looks golden brown.
Serve with a scoop or two of ice cream or a dollop of whip topping and enjoy.
I used a spoon to help collect from the pools of butter. To add to the cake mix that didn't have butter.
