Preheat oven to 350℉
Spray the whoopie or muffin pan with cooking spray.
Crack a egg into 8 of a muffin cups. With a fork break the egg yolk up. Place the pan into the oven and bake for 20 minutes
Place biscuits on a cookie sheet and place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Place sausages on a foiled covered cookie sheet and place into the oven for 25-30 minutes or until sausages are done.
Once biscuits are done cut in half add eggs, sausage, and cheese to the bottom half of the biscuit. Add the top half and enjoy.
