Ingredients

  • 1 Can Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls With Frosting see notes
  • 1⅓ Cup Apple Pie Filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉

  2. Spray a muffin pan with non stick cooking spray.

  3. Press one cinnamon roll into each muffin well and up the sides. This will create a cinnamon roll cup.

  4. Scoop the apple pie filling into the bottom of each cinnamon roll cup. You may want to cut the apple slices up a bit before filling the well with the filling.

  5. Bake the apple pie cups in the preheated 375℉ oven for 15-18 minutes. Or until the cinnamon rolls are fully baked. Let apple pie cups cool in the muffin pan for 5 minutes before removing them onto a cooling rack.

  6. Drizzle the cinnamon roll frosting over each apple pie cup. Serve warm and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

I used 2 cans of jumbo cinnamon rolls since the jumbo rolls only come in 4. I also cut the apple pie filling slices up a bit before filling the well of the cinnamon roll cups.
