
These easy to make apple pie cups are made with refrigerated cinnamon rolls and apple pie filling. Serve this quick and easy dessert recipe up as an after schools snack.
Preheat oven to 375℉
Spray a muffin pan with non stick cooking spray.
Press one cinnamon roll into each muffin well and up the sides. This will create a cinnamon roll cup.
Scoop the apple pie filling into the bottom of each cinnamon roll cup. You may want to cut the apple slices up a bit before filling the well with the filling.
Bake the apple pie cups in the preheated 375℉ oven for 15-18 minutes. Or until the cinnamon rolls are fully baked. Let apple pie cups cool in the muffin pan for 5 minutes before removing them onto a cooling rack.
Drizzle the cinnamon roll frosting over each apple pie cup. Serve warm and enjoy.
I used 2 cans of jumbo cinnamon rolls since the jumbo rolls only come in 4. I also cut the apple pie filling slices up a bit before filling the well of the cinnamon roll cups.
