Creamy Deviled Eggs

This classic deviled eggs recipe is easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 7 Hard Boiled Eggs Cut in half lengthwise
  • ½ Cup Mayonaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Miracle Whip
  • ½ Teaspoon Mustard
  • 2 Teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ Cup Onion Minced
  • Black Pepper To Taste
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. 

  2. Clean out the yolk and put in a medium-sized bowl. Put egg white on a platter.

  3. Mash the yolk with a potato masher until crumbly. Then add the mayo, miracle whip, mustard, sugar and mix well. For smoother yolk mixture you can use a hand mixer. 

  4. Once the yolk mixture is all combined add the minced onion and season with pepper and salt. 

  5. Fill the egg white with the yolk mixture and enjoy.
