3 Ingredient crockpot apple cobbler is made with canned apple pie filling. That is topped with a spice cake mix and covered with butter. This slow cooked warm apple cobbler recipe makes the perfect dessert for busy nights.
Spray the inside of the crock pot with a non stick cooking spray.
Into the bottom of the crockpot dump the 2 cans of apple pie filling in. Spread to cover the whole bottom of your slow cooker.
On the top of the pie filling dump the spiced cake mix, spread out evenly over the apple pie filling. Do not stir.
Pour the melted butter on top of the spiced cake mix.
Place lid on slow cooker, cook on high for 2.5 hours. Time may vary depending on slow cooker.
Remove the lid of the slow cooker and cook for 15-30 minutes to crisp the top of the cobbler up.
I find that ¾ cup of butter works best to cover the cake mix with. If you think its to much then you can cut it back to ½ cup of melted butter.
