
These cucumber cream cheese sandwiches are a simple and easy recipe perfect fro lunch or as an appetizer.
In a small bowl mix together the room temperature cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. A handheld mixer makes this easy work. Mix in the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, fresh dill, and fresh chives.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto one side of each slice of the crustless bread.
Layer the sliced cucumbers onto the cream cheese mixture.
Place the top bread slices and cut the sandwiches into desired size.
Cut into thirds or into your desired size and shape.
Serve and enjoy or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving.
