Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
  • Cups Milk I used whole milk but any milk will work

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper, spray the paper with a bit of cooking spray. Then set loaf pan aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl of the bowl of a stand mixer that is fitted with the dough hook. Add in the flour and milk and mix these 2 ingredients together until dough forms. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed. Careful not to overmix the dough.

  3. Add the dough into the prepared loaf pan, it is a sticky dough. Place into the preheated 350℉ oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. The bread should have a light brown color to the top. You can check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the bread, if it comes out clean then the bread is done.

  4. Place the loaf pan on a wire cooling rack to allow the bread to cool. Once the bread is fully cooled remove from the loaf pan and slice the bread.
