
Ground beef and noodles skillet. Use one skillet to make this homemade hamburger helper beef pasta.
In a large skillet add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Season with black pepper and seasoning salt.
Brown the ground beef, onion and minced garlic until the ground beef is no longer pink. Drain off any fat that there may be from cooking.
Clean the mushrooms with cold water. Cut them into chunks or slices.
In a liquid measuring cup add one cup of the beef broth, mix in the beefy onion soup mix and the brown gravy mix. Making sure to get all the clumps from the mix dissolved.
To the cooked ground beef add the cup of beef broth that has the mixes in it. Add the other 4 cups of beef broth as well.
Add the mushrooms and eggs noodles to the ground beef and beef broth. Cover with a lid.
Cook on medium- low heat for 10-15 minutes or until noodles are fully cooked. Stir the ingredients every so often.
Serve and enjoy!
As this dish cooks if it looks like there might not be enough gravy for you, you can add a cup of water.
