Healthy Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • ¾ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup Blueberries or any fruit
  • ¼ Cup Granola

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl combine the honey with the Greek yogurt.

  2. Using a mason jar or a parfait glass place half of the yogurt on the bottom of the container.

  3. Add the blueberries or your choice of fruit to the top of the Greek yogurt.

  4. On top of the berries layer half of the granola.

  5. Layer the rest of the Greek yogurt on top of the granola.

  6. Add the final layer of berries on top of the yogurt.

  7. Sprinkle the remaining granola on top of the berries.

  8. Serve and enjoy.
